In some wearable devices, the saved DNS address is not deleted when the tun network card is logged off, which leads to a check for the existence of the DNS address when the tun network card is created next time, resulting in the failure of tun network card creation Signed-off-by: wangchen <wangchen41@xiaomi.com>

More testing information is required. What is self-testing? What tests were run and what were the results? Are you able to get logs from the machine itself to share? What architecture/chipset is the machine?
