HDDS-13986: Added an accordion component to improve UX flow on the FAQ page.

Description of the changes:

• FAQ Update: In faq.md, I added a detailed summary for each FAQ entry and restructured the content to be displayed in an accordion format for better user interaction and flow.
• Styling: In the CSS file, I added basic styling for the FAQ container to ensure the accordion component looks clean and works smoothly within the existing design.

How was this patch tested?

• Served locally using hugo serve to preview the changes.
• Navigated to the FAQ route to ensure the accordion component works as expected and displays correctly.

@shivam-070208 Thanks for the patch. Please enable workflows in your fork. That's what "CI checks on my fork" in the description refers to, although CI only exists for changes targeted at HDDS-9225-website-v2.
