Not passing around a extra random boolean is really nice to see! Sometimes these methods with lots of parameters get hard to read!

This is a change following introduction of Curator. This removes parameter
retryOnConnLosseverywhere from the codebase. This parameter was already fully ignored since the move to Curator.
