A small backend feature/refinement to the Agent API origin whitelist logic to better enforce agent origin whitelisting by always allowing official DocsGPT origins and correctly rejecting requests with missing or disallowed Origin headers, as requested in issue #1984. Includes a minimal helper function and very basic unit tests for the origin‑whitelist behavior.
