Is there a reason why this test and a couple of other tests have fixed old EVM version? Would it make sense to update the EVM version (or not specify it) instead of adding the warning to the output?

I don't know if there is a specific reason. But otherwise I agree that it would best to not specify it.

@cameel are you aware of any special reason for fixing the EVM version in these tests?
