Bump extension.yml 0.1.2 -> 0.2.0 and promote the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] v0.2.0 section to a dated [0.2.0] release. Ships spec 003 (drift-aware write-authority) plus the cross-model-review hardening landed in #26 (recency idempotency, fail-closed reads, _timeout/skew/tie-break/dogfood, e2e drift coverage) and the catalog tag alignment (#27).
