This correctly fixes the copy/paste error that was apparently made when copying this from OpenIdConnectOptionsConfiguration. The logic in JwtBearerOptionsConfiguration on the other hand was correctly adjusted.

This fixes #22. When configuring the CookieAuthenticationOptions, the scheme name is now correcly compared with the AzureAD Cookie Scheme name instead of the OpenID scheme name.
