A utilização e validação destas tabelas requer a posse deste mesmo livro.

are very busy and this is one of the reasons I haven't bothered you questioning and requesting
for special permissions for using the book's tables.
  Additionally, after various days of research, I was unable to figure out the laws that legislate
the usage of data tables from books into software.
  In fact, since it's provided directly by the Wiley publisher at http://bcs.wiley.com/he-bcs/Books?action=resource&bcsId=5210&itemId=0470540192&resourceId=18046
then I hope that it's not too much trouble that the data is also in calculator format!
