build process

We use the ST-Microelectronics official repositories for some of the LL_* driver code and expanding upon these procedures where less is better. Those and the cmsis headers for the mcu from ARM(TM) are installed by cloning with the `–recurse-submodule` flag in `git clone` command later at the cloning stage.

To clone the project and build it locally make sure there is a working GCC arm embedded toolchain. The build system will search for the compiler and other needed applications on the `PATH`.

To build successfully for now you should install `stlink` from your favorite software vendor. This is fully open source and can be found here. We plan to add it as a submodule later to save the hassle from you but for now it is your responsibility.
