Description of changes:
Enhancement to improve business api ledger history download all requests. Reduce response time and aggregate DRS API load/cost by adding a DRS endpoint to request all documents for a filing as single API call.

• Create new endpoint POST /doc/api/v1/application-reports/all/{productCode}/{entityIdentifier}/{eventIdentifier} with optional payload containing an array of report type and filename pairs.
• Use document record filename as the default.
• Return a zip file containing the bundled documents for the filing.

• Add unit tests.
