Add SPVIM

Add Shapley Population Variable Importance Measure (SPVIM) computation.

Match with R-vimp release; add arbitrary predictiveness measures

Major release, where we add additional predictiveness measures (classification accuracy, AUC, deviance) to the R-squared measure originally considered. Internals are also updated for cross-validated variable importance. Hypothesis tests are now possible.
