…e register Adds an /assumptions bootstrap mode for onboarding an existing business (vs. a brand-new idea) — a single batch-gated sweep across every configured source (calls, email, CRM wins/losses, product telemetry) that seeds assumption stubs already carrying evidence, instead of building the register one call or one assumption at a time. Setup now offers it when a workspace has real history to mine. - New Batch gate pattern in gated-writes.md (accumulate, one consolidated confirm, then write) for sweeps too large for per-record gates. - New find-evidence/references/mixpanel.md for product telemetry, and a churn/lost-reason mining section added to attio.md. - setup-validation-os now branches step 8 on brand-new idea vs. existing business, and declares mixpanel as a source in step 5. - Worked example: examples/08-bootstrap-existing-business.md.
