Adds a blank-topic interview technique (six pressure-test questions adapted from garrytan/gstack's /office-hours) that runs before stubbing a raw idea, so bare ideas get forced into named-person/wedge specificity before they enter the register — same discipline, routed into the scored register instead of a one-off design doc.
…nting it Seed mode's blank-topic case now invokes /office-hours (garrytan/gstack, installable via skills.sh) when present in the harness, rather than duplicating its six forcing questions in our own reference file.
