Run validation-os on itself: a real registry/ (5 assumptions, 2
experiments, 2 decisions, 1 term) about validation-os's own launch-day
questions — README comprehension, npx-install friction, whether real
examples build more trust than fictional ones, and whether GitHub stars
are readable this early. EXP-001 is a ready-to-send interview guide for
the friend feedback round; EXP-002 logs a real GitHub API pull (0
stars/forks, repo created today) as an honest day-zero baseline, and
flags npx install counts as unmeasurable rather than inventing a number.

The examples/ walkthrough and templates/registry/ starter rows now walk
this real thread end-to-end instead of the fictional "Ledgerly" startup.

Skills-literacy of the target adopter (grilled, wired upstream of
ASM-001/002), ritual retention, method generalization beyond n=1,
six-skill discoverability, and the complement-not-compete positioning
vs adjacent skill packs.

python3 dashboard/serve.py parses the markdown registers (still the
source of truth) into JSON on every request and serves a single-page
viewer: stat tiles, risk-ranked sortable tables, expandable full
records, /registry.json for scripts. Stdlib only, light/dark.
