In the third section of the Youtube video course -> Install and Setup you have used the virtualenv and also changing or upgrading the Python version globally in Linux environments is a dangerous action as the Python version must not be upgraded or touched manually, instead it should be as part of the system upgrade.
I think the best is to use Docker here and use the latest version of Python without interfering with the system.
This PR basically consists of Dockerfile, docker-compose.yaml, and the README.md file which should ideally explain the usage of docker-compose.
