First Fully functioning release

First fully functioning release including engine constructors.

Finalized templating setup

In this release there is a fully functioning scaffold, but there are still some things to do:

• Create reusable api calls for performing loops in HTML
• Create config files for Mongo
• Dockerfile for deployment to registry

Initial Scaffold Release

Created initial scaffold with Mongo DB, and html using only CSS Grid.
