Removes Kornia as a requirement for augmentations. Integrates augmentations into the same pipeline as the deformations.
Also changes the way registrations are treated. Instead of preparing the coordinates and resampling immediately, the resampling is done as a final step after all the transformations are done. This allows the framework to be more flexible
