- agent.py: 保留 teammates 的代码重构（985 行新版） - config.json: 切换为睡前主题配置 + sherpa TTS - test_agent.py: 新增 JSON 动作解析测试
- requirements: setuptools 降到 <81（81+ 移除 pkg_resources 导致 webrtcvad 导入失败），webrtcvad-wheels 改为 webrtcvad - config: vad_aggressiveness 2 → 3，减少噪声误触发
- 替换为 Aseprite 绘制的新猫表情（idle/listening/thinking/speaking/greeting/sleep/warmup） - 160×90 → 800×450 像素风整数缩放（Image.NEAREST） - 动画帧全部按顺序循环播放，统一 250ms - 去掉旧状态 ERROR/CAPTURING，新增 GREETING/SLEEP - 去掉摄像头叠层 overlay_label
- idle 5帧 / listening 5帧 / thinking 7帧 / speaking 5帧 - greeting 7帧 / sleep 5帧 / warmup 13帧 - 含 sprite sheet 原稿 pi-faces-Sheet.png
