[codex] Polish landing page positioning and proof

Summary

• Update landing page positioning around fullstack agentic Angular apps
• Add ecosystem proof logos/strip and remove the old Built in the open section
• Polish the Why this exists section copy and layout

Verification

• npm exec -- next build apps/website
• curl -I http://localhost:3000
• Playwright desktop/mobile layout check for the Why this exists section

Notes

• The local dev server is running with webpack because Turbopack dev still hits the existing CSS resolver issue for @ngaf/design-tokens/theme.css.
• Mobile still has a pre-existing page-level horizontal overflow in a later feature block; the updated Why this exists section itself does not overflow.
