Since there has been some changes in the Cookiecutter Template Repo https://github.com/cadet/RDM-Cookiecutter-Example-Template which CADET-RDM uses for testing, an error in only the Windows CI occurred where some symbols and line breaks were not interpreted correctly.
This was fixed by explicitly setting the encoding to
utf-8.
