Thanks! Looks like you're doing the across-agency aggregation (i.e. estimating the # of people with access to contactless payments) in notebook 5 using the dataset that was prepared in notebook 4? If so will need to modify things a bit. The dataset produced in 4 is great for generating agency-level stats. However, when we do the aggregated stats across agencies, we'll need to first dissolve the geometry across relevant agencies then repeat the Census spatial analysis process.
