…t a pitch Removes stale/absorbed handoff docs (metadata-schema-summary.md, batching-and-crosslink.md, github-webhooks.md, jira-webhooks.md), merges v1-spec.md into toolkit-spec.md as-built with explicit "Not yet built" sections for unshipped scope, and splits the still-active cross-linker skill spec into its own file. CLAUDE.md now describes wiki_toolkit as a tool under active development with a living design record, rather than a pitch awaiting org approval.
