- Changed UFW setup to add firewall rules instead of disabling outright
- Traffic will be allowed in on maas-ctrl and lxdbr0
- Enables traffic forwarding over maas-ctrl and lxdbr0

lgtm, tested on my machine, traffic in and out of maas-dev container still works
