Improve pool deposit/withdraw balance visibility and max-fill

Fixes #23

This updates the pool deposit and withdraw modals to show clearer balance labels and keeps the click-to-fill action using the raw numeric value.

Changes:

• rename deposit balance label to Wallet Balance
• rename withdraw balance label to Available To Withdraw
• make both click-to-fill actions use an unformatted numeric string so max-fill is reliable
