Makes testing easier since geo::Coord has default implementations such as relative_eq. If the original tuple is needed, Coord implements x_y() which gives the original tuple.

Compute the geodetic point percent p along a geodesic or linestring respectively. Unit tests are all just the basic sanity check that the p along the geodesic/linestring a->b is the same as (1-p) along the geodesic/linestring b->a.
