I made the form assuming that it would be single parameter issues, but nothing actually prevents you from entering more things in each field. I purposely avoided things like check boxes and drop downs that limit that input. The methods paper request is in the description of the "Parameter Description" entry box. |

A first attempt, trying to capture important information without making a super complicated form. Optical parameters are complex enough they might want their own form, but lets start someplace.
