Adds
research/package-manager-distribution.mdcovering winget, Scoop, AUR, Homebrew, and Nix submission requirements.Key finding: Zero binary artifacts exist on any release tag. A GitHub Actions CI workflow (
.github/workflows/release.yml) that publishes self-contained binaries on tag push is the single blocker for ALL package manager submissions.Queued follow-up: Create that CI workflow (~40 lines YAML, 1 new file). Then Scoop → winget → AUR in sequence.
