Adds cross-links to the new quicksheet-gha-ext repository in README and docs/extensions.md.
What it does: GitHub Actions workflow status monitor — shows recent CI/CD runs (✓/✗/⚠/⟳) with workflow name, branch, conclusion, and elapsed time. Pairs with
