This is a notebook ive been working on as part of https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/how-can-we-include-upstream-urls-in-fedora-packages/193180/
Its essentially a first pass analysis to compare the quality of the data in both the
URLandVCSfields of fedora RPM packages to help decide the best path forward for the discussionMarked as draft since theres a chance i may still add to it, but it should be usable and ready
Since i was unsure how to provide the packages this depends on in a standard python dependency manager way, i removed them and documented what packages this needs to run so that the person running the notebooks can use their own preferred setup to make sure the dependencies are available in the jupyter kernel
