…d phase error Wrap clearAmountController() and resetInputErrorState() in addPostFrameCallback to avoid triggering rebuilds during navigation back to send_progress screen. This fixes the "setState() called during build" error.

- Parse and format amounts according to community decimal support before setting in amount controller - For communities without decimals (decimalDigits == 0): convert to integer format (e.g., "1.0" → "1") - For communities with decimals: format with appropriate precision and remove trailing zeros - Apply same formatting logic to tip amounts to ensure consistency - Fixes issue where pre-filled amounts with decimals were uneditable in communities that don't support decimal values The root cause was that input formatters (integerAmountFormatter vs amountFormatter) expect amounts in specific formats. When pre-filled amounts didn't match the expected format, the text field blocked all editing attempts.
