Description

This pull request adds a .github/dependabot.yml configuration to enable automated dependency updates.

Dependabot will check weekly for updates in the following ecosystems:

  • npm (Node.js dependencies)
  • pip (Python dependencies)
  • Docker images
  • GitHub Actions workflows

This helps maintain security and keep dependencies up to date by automatically creating pull requests when updates are available.

This change adds a Dependabot configuration to enable automated dependency monitoring.

The repository will now receive weekly update checks for npm, pip, Docker, and GitHub Actions dependencies, helping keep the project secure and up to date.
