PR description:
First implementation of dummy PF candidate producer, based on WindowInference analyzer. Rechits are fed into an input tensor, which is passed to a dummy TF graph model. An output tensor assumed to contain four-vectors is retrieved and a PF candidate collection is filled. More info can be found in this link.
