[WIP] Update KCNA logo to include white background

<issue_description>Should the KCNA Logo background be white?

Typically, when this logo is used, it is with a white background. However, the reference .svg files only has the background colour of white for the words Kubernetes and Cloud Native -

When used in this way, the logo may appear in a way that seems undesirable, for example -

If the background was also set to white in the source vectors, it would appear as follows -

I've provided my edited svg that has an additional layer as a fix for review if it's useful. I'm guessing there may be a content team in the CNCF who manages these. Not to step on anyones toes, if this is incorrect, either they can resolve it or at some point, I could attempt to do so and raise a PR. Let me know whats best ☺️
