Hiermit können Personen mit Account sich als Gliederungsadmin registrieren. Dies geschieht in Form einer Anfrage, die durch die Gliederung bestätigt werden muss. Alternativ kann die Anfrage auch durch Systemadministratoren bestätigt werden. Bestehende Gliederungsadmins können jederzeit wieder "degradiert" bzw. der Zugriff entfernt werden.
