This checks Cowin site using your own credentials every 15 minutes and (if setup) send an email with findings

1. Create .env using sample.env (further instructions in sample.env)
2. Update districts in getCalendar.js with districts you want to follow (currently, Gurgaon (188) and South Delhi (149)

This is not a webservice, you will need to host this server for yourself if you want to monitor.
