Display clickable indicators for top and bottom padding areas when a section is selected in the editor. Clicking opens the paddings settings for that section in the sidebar. REDMINE-21191
Increase clickable area turning the insert button into a notch in the padding indicator. REDMINE-21191
Display "Default" when section padding has not been set. REDMINE-21191
