- Replace per-TFM conditional PackageVersion groups with a single unified group
- Pin all Microsoft.Extensions.* and Serilog.Extensions.Hosting to v8.x (last versions supporting netstandard2.0)
- Remove unused Serilog.Extensions.Hosting entries from core project config
- Document netstandard2.0 DI usage (IEnumerable filter) in README (EN + CN)
- Clarify HealthMonitorCoordinator, HealthMonitorRegistration, and HealthEventArgs in CLAUDE.md
