Adds a
nixosconfiguration for a self hosted runner to the repository. The runner shares all the packages fromnix developplus any extra environment variables needed to build the current workflows.I've tested this locally on a fork of the
Colnrepo.The one exception to this is the
web-demos.ymlworkflow, which requires coln-specific secrets to run.For information about the configuration see here
