CLAUDE.mdfile documenting project conventions for AI agents.Why
The project needs a central reference so AI tools understand which files are generated,
how to build/test, and what not to touch (versions, changelog, MANIFEST sorting).

Single markdown file covering: build commands, generated file warnings (MANIFEST via
