Attempts to fix #60
Remove deprecated adapters, and add a new InMemoryFilesystem.
Adjust README for new installation instructions and breaking changes.
Refactor filesystem classes to align with Flysystem v3 API changes.
Obviously a breaking change - so this'd need to be tagged as a
