I am sorry, but this repository is a big mess. https://github.com/crocs-muni/eacirc-utils/tree/master is no longer used, @petrs continued on developing https://github.com/crocs-muni/eacirc-utils/tree/bender_experiments, where the form of this file changed.
Can you possibly merge it to that branch, or rebase master from that branch (there is nothing important, so it can be simply taking that branch as master). Thanks!

Enabled generation of new, fully functional generators in CryptoStreams and fixed a bug with generation configuration file for stream ciphers.
