Lb titlecards

I'm not sure if canvas is working, but I couldn't figure that part out.
Added the following packages:

• react-native-fs
• gifencoder
• canvas (may need react-native-canvas but not sure since the documentation only has it as a React component?)
• react-native-stream

Used gifencoder to generate 5-second long title cards for title and questions to add before the corresponding videos.
