This PR adds a new HTTP 405 (Method Not Allowed) error page to the collection of error pages.
- Adds
error_405.htmlwith appropriate heading and description - Follows the existing pattern and structure of other error pages in the repository
- The page will be processed by the generator to create the final HTML output
