Summary

Adds documentation for the new tab page — the launchpad shown when opening an Explorer or a new workbook tab. Covers searching and browsing starting points (view groups, views, workbooks, certified queries, source tables), the paste / agent / upload shortcuts, and the admin-configurable default view group setting.
