  • Depende retornando as rubricas de forma dinâmica storage#145
  • as rubricas eram retornadas uma a uma
  • com esta modificação, é feita uma consulta no banco para retornar todas as rubricas
  • além disso, o golang é baseado em structs, então substituímos por um dicionário para atender as necessidades
