Execution clients service name had to be hardcoded.

Approach
As executuon clients are mono service, we can get the service name from the compose file
Test instructions
Install/change your staker config and check that works as expected.
Watch the logs from the DappManager and check that the service name is correct.
Execution client besu.public.dappnode.eth has service name: besu
