DOC-5805 attribute prep

Preparing attributes before moving to docs common.

• Change {product attributes to {zdm before I move the files to docs-common.
• Add (ZDM) to the main product/zdm attribute, and replace {zdm} ({zdm-short}) with just {zdm}.
• Remove a couple attributes that were used fewer than 5x, not really adding value.
• Change dsbulk-repo to dsbulk-repo-url.
