Create a new learning path from the Nanopore Workshop

I have split the Nanopore Workshop into standalone tutorials and arranged them into a learning path.

Changes made:

• added metadata to the new tutorials (description, questions, objectives, etc.)
• fixed syntax errors
• fixed pathway layout
• linked contributors to their ORCID
• fixed foldable blockquotes

To do:

• Please only review commit 3e7aa49.
• Review the metadata for the tutorials.
