What
Adds a stable tracing boundary for managed A2A durable projections. Submit, resume, and cancel actions now emit a correlated
hayhooks.a2a.durable.projectspan with pipeline, A2A task/context, durable execution, transport, and action tags. Includes a regression test for the contract.Stack

The read-only durable execution summary/status API remains a separate follow-up so its auth and consistency contract can be reviewed independently.
