Adds a scheduled/manual GitHub Actions workflow to validate that NanoSSL builds successfully across a broad set of CMake feature-flag combinations, similar to existing build workflows in the repo.
Changes:
- Introduces
.github/workflows/build_nanossl.ymlto build NanoSSL sample targets under many configuration permutations (non-TAP, TAP local, TAP remote). - Aggregates per-step build outcomes into a final “fail if any build failed” gate.
